(PACIFIC NORTHWEST STATES & ALONG CANADIAN BORDERS ABOVE SEATTLE ) HOTEL ROOM MONTHLY RATES FULL & COMPLETE MONTHLY PRICE INCLUDES; WIFI/TV/ALL THE AMENITIES FOR ONE MONTH; FROM 2ND NOVEMBER; THRU 2ND DECEMBER; FULL PRICE IS: $1830.45 AND THIS INCLUDES $75. REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT FEE. THE FOLLOWING NEXT MONTH THEREAFTER IS: $1471.83 INCLUDES FULL INTERNET CABLE TV 24/7 FROM NOVEMBER 2ND, 2025. NO RENT REFUNDS & REFUNDABLE CLEANING/KEY DEPOSITS; $75 WILL BE PAID BE CHECK. THEY REPLACED ALREADY AN AC UNIT IN HERE THAT WAS NON FUNCTIONAL MOTOR, SO NO AIR WAS BLOWING. THEY FULLY RESTORED WITH A FRESH AIR CONDITIONER!! THANKYOU SO VERY MUCH!! MY INTENTION WAS TO STAY HERE AT LEAST THREE MONTHS THRU THE HOLIDAY SEASONS TILL AFTER THE FIRST OF THE YEAR...IS VERY QUIET HERE & IM VERY GRATEFUL FOR THIS FULL APARTMENT ROOM WITH A FULL LARGE STOVE AND LARGE MICROWAVE AND A FULL SIZE FRIDGE!! CARPETING AND FURNISHED WITH A QUEEN SIZE BED!! GRATEFUL BECAUSE CALIFORNIA & PNW PRICES ARE SO MUCH HIGHER THAN NEVADA. POSSIBLY BECAUSE NEVADA HAS NO STATE TAXES? THANKYOU LORD JESUS; THANKYOU FATHER GOD. IM A 65 YEAR OLD RETIREE PENSIONER WHO APPRECIATES THE SAVINGS... THE EQUIPMENT IS NEW & GOOD OPERATING CONDITION & WAS TENDED IMMEDIATELY WHEN I ADDRESSED A CONCERN WITH THE AC of the origional old unit 2 the office.... Thankyou!!

This location, along with Jeff & Diana, are truly a life saver!! I walked in stressed and depressed over housing in Las Vegas and scared of ending up homeless. Checking in and rates were throughly explained to me and Diana gave me a tour of the property to make sure I’d settle in with ease. In the days following check in, security also made it a point to introduce themselves during one of their 24/7 patrols. This is a harsh town but there’s kindness to be found at the Budget Suits on Tropicana.

If you are looking for a very comfortable and enjoyable short term or long term stay. I recommend this location. The rooms are fully furnished with comfortable furniture, and even though small in space, the apartments are very cozy. The property management staff are very professional and courteous, and provide immediate assistance if needed. The large swimming pool and two small spas are very nice, and the property is well kept. I would recommend this location for a single person or a small family.

It served its purpose but be mindful of the track. This area is notorious for working girls. On the property itself it’s quite safe but don’t sleep on the surrounding areas. It can get sketchy. Good for a quick place that is convenient to the airport for business travelers.

I have been here one year, the staff are nice, efficient, they handle every issue quickly. I haven't had any bug issues, the neighbors are decent, there's a lot of grassy landscaping with areas for dogs. The only thing I would like more is having a major grocery store closer. There's nothing but pharmacies, restaurants, gas stations and 7-11/Rebels around here ( like in easy walking distance) for actual food shopping you have to go a little ways. Overall I like it here. Came in second place decorating for Halloween and got some $ off of rent even, that was nice It's been a good place to live.

I was a long term tenant for two years during the pandemic and recently moved back. It is perfect for me; being a "family of one". I particularly like that, in spite of the area, the actual complex is updated and that security is present at accessible to tenants at all times. I love that I am close to the Strip so that when friends come to town, I am already close. I also like that I basically have a one bedroom apartment with all utilities paid with my rent. Ms. Diane and Ms. Cheryl in the front office are amazing. All of the staff actually. I remember them specifically because Ms. Cheryl checked me in during my first stay and Ms. Diane my second. Management acknowledges you by name when they become familiar with you and will jump in to assist with anything needed at the front office. I love that I was able to move my own furniture in and "make it my own little sanctuary". I can only speak on my personal experience; but I feel welcome, seen, heard, and safe.

The staff here has been Beyond Comparable to any other apartments I've even lived in. The level of customer service is so felt and appreciated. Also surprisingly quiet area and very beautiful property.

One of the best Budget suites locations. Quiet and clean. Walking distance from The Orleans and the Adult Super Store.
